This draft relates to a 12.5% reduction in the total package of employment conditions of all employees in the public sector in accordance with the conditions for liquidity support from the Netherlands. This reduction is on an annual basis and has the legal minimum wage as a lowest limit with regard to the gross monthly salary and applies from July 1, 2020 until further notice. Indexation is neither to be applied, until further notice..
