This draft aims to adjust the Sanctions National Ordinance to adopt international commitments to implement restrictive measures without delay and to implement Special Recommendation III, currently recommendation 6, as expressed in the Mutual Evaluation Report of the Caribbean Financial Action Task Force (FATF) on January 8, 2013 to implement without delay the restrictive measures and simultaneously to make some legislative improvements.
